April 3
Start about what materials you will need to create a daily journal. It can be electronic if you always have access to a laptop, it can be typed on a word document and printed, or it can be written on paper. Think about if you need to find a notebook, lined paper, duotang or binder. What do you have around the house that you could use for a daily journal. Ask your parents about the best way to use and organize your daily journal. You will also be asked to include an illustration, electronic image or another way to enhance your written work. You can start to decorate or draw a title page and cover for your journal depending on what format you decide to use. Log into Mr.Wensink teams on office 365- the "Files" section -on Monday for daily activities and weekly activities. I have also seen a number of students have begun to use Khan Academy. Feel free to explore the site but we will be focussing on the geometry lessons beginning with grade3 through grade 6. Try reviewing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division if you are looking for an activity. Remember there are also math games and practice located on wensink.weebly.com. See you Monday!!
